Snow Removal review in

I had a terrible experience with the owner Ryan! I hired him for snow removal and paid per contract. But he did not remove the snow even once despite following up multiple time. The response rate is extremely poor.
He also did not return the money back despite following up.
Stay away from this business. I would give negative rating if google allowed.
Also he threatened me for posting reviews.
Again STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
