I have taken the help of Application Repair Direct technician at several occasions during last 4 years. Sometimes it was washer, sometimes it was a dryer that has gone wrong and need repair. Our dryer was not spinning although hot air was coming out. I called Appliance Repair Direct & in a few days Sergey came to fix the problem . It was easy to get a schedule & he is knowledgeable of what to do with the problem.

He was very professional and was at my door promptly and quickly assessed what I needed and had it fixed within an hour or two as he had to grab the part.
