From the initial call Michael was courteous and responsive to all my questions. When measuring he explained the process and provided samples which made selection a lot easier. On installation day Micheal and his team day were prompt, respectful and professional. They covered all areas and throughly vacuumed and cleaned when the job was completed. His attention to detail is impressive
