People with this company told us that they had seen critters trying to get into our roof. I let one go up and look and lo and behold he found rotting shingles and wood - and left a real hole that I know was not there before. So he talked us into a new roof, cash only. A subcontractor fixed the hole, installed new shingles but nothing else and we ended up paying roughly double what the job was worth. My bad, but don't touch this company - they are bad news.
