Exceptional response and communication throughout the project, plentiful ideas, and always willing to entertain our changes with a smile. (check out those custom standing desks he created!) Jason and Sebastien were a pleasure to work with on a day to day basis and our results on the project are just what we hoped. Budget guidance was realistic prior to starting and finished within the zone of expectations.

We heard about Jason Sunday and Urban Creations through two of my cousins who loved his work. Jason guided us in the renovation process and gave us confidence in the options we proposed (sink location moved, interior wall positions adjusted, slider door replaced). At our first meeting he saved us $12,000 alone on our proposed cabinet supplier selection. He is organized, professional and works quickly - a marvel to watch him and his assistant on site. The associates he brought in for the drywall, plumbing, electrical and gas fitting were also excellent. We could not have been happier with the results and highly recommend Urban Creations.

Note: Through no fault of Jason we did have one irritating supplier delay (counter tops), which was not a problem with a temporary cooking space created in our garage..

The Urban Creations Team did a great job for us. Jason was very patient, he listening to our concerns/input and delivered what he promised. I really appreciated the attention they paid to detail and the genuine effort made to do a quality job. We also appreciated the honest opinions Jason gave regarding the suggestions/changes we proposed to make to the project, he did not hesitate to point out the implications of changes on the overall budget.
