David was fast to respond to my call for quote on Homestars.com. Communication with him was easy and painless through sms text and calls. He came in at the agreed time and quickly diagnosed the issue was incorrect wiring of the unit. He replaced the condensation pipe (the old one was blocked-up with calling from the hard water). He then spent extra time rewiring my smart thermostat to make sure the whole system worked. Then he did some other checks to make sure everything was good to go. All in all awesome service and we're enjoying the immediate benefits of a whole house humidifier now.
