RMC Superior Roofing

Had a metal roof put in at end of June. Initial install was great. Very responsive, tidy workplace, showed up when they said they would, very pleasant to work with.
About a month later, I discovered the work crew had removed a section of downspout between the 2nd and 1st floor. It's hard to see from the ground because of the roofline, and I only discovered it when water was pouring off the living room window during a storm. It wasn't a simple fix because the steel roof interfered with the downspout and something needed to be modified. Contacted RMC, Richard came and had a look, promised to fix it and never returned. On three occasions, we arranged a date for him to drop by and on all three occasions he didn't show up. He never contacted me to warn me in advance, and never contacted me afterwards to set up an alternative time. Very disappointed because the initial install was great.

RMC Superior Roofing was a wonderful company to work with. They worked with us to remain on budget and always discussed more than one option when a repair above the quoted price came up. RMC Superior Roofing replaced our old metal roof with a Havelock Metals roof, repaired our sofit and facia and upgraded the siding on our house.
I don't even know where to begin with the RMC Superior Roofing crew. They have an amazing group of guys who always had a positive attitude, respect and understanding for the job. No matter how big or small they dug their heels in and got the job done safely and in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend RMC Superior Roofing on the workmanship alone, but the experience they gave my family was above and beyond.
