I would definitely recommend this company. When I contacted HomeStars, I immediately received 3 responses. NeoLine was the only company who, after some questions back and forth, emailed a pro-forma invoice that broke down the costs into parts, labour and inspection fee. Needless to say their quote was also in line with the competition. When they arrived to do the job (exactly when they said they would), they were very personable, easy to work with, and professional.

Writing this review because they earned it. For a startup business, new and upcoming, they have a bright future. I took the risk of a new business and they sure did surpass their expectations. They completed exactly what I asked for efficiently, with good work. They definitely can do it all from what I see.
