Paul was extremely thorough and collaborative with colleagues (i.e., Nick, Ebie, and more) while investigating the source of water leakage into our home above two window frames. Unfortunately, it turned out that our roof was the problem and it was in need of much repair.

I called Diox about a small, but pressing repair job. My front porch had rotting (hollow!) wooden pillars holding up a small balcony. When an unexpected issue arose, he found a cost-effective solution and kept me up to date on his progress. (I was out of town at the time of this job.)
