Dan and his team did an extensive spring cleanup for me on my 1/3 acre property. I needed quite a lot of mulch and tidying up as it's not been done properly for many years.

I'm very happy with the work and the communication. He accommodated my request to include every minute detail in writing on the contract and everything was completed as expected. My property looks much better and I look forward to booking him again next spring.

Absolutely incredible work by Dan & his team. From the initial communication to the final cleanup, Dan has been a joy to work with. He is punctual in his replies, answered all our questions, came by the next day to listen to our desires as we had ~1100 sqft of yard revamping to carry out. He promptly provided a quote which we were happy with and the work began the next week.

Dan projected the confidence of a true professional, and his work definitely backed that up. The work started on Wednesday morning and continued for three days. During that time Dan & his team removed old dying grass, re-tilled the earth, levelled it, added topsoil, dug up all weeds, and laid out new sod to perfection.

We are extremely happy with our new lawn and owe it all to Dan & Bloom Property Solutions. We can't wait to have Dan back for some more garden work in the spring.

Bonus points: Several of our neighbours came by and complimented both Dan's work and his pleasant attitude towards the neighbours, saying hello, and cleaning up any dirt that may have fallen on the neighbours properties. They really appreciated this.

I am preparing a house for an estate sale. There is a large backyard and front yard. The backyard was quite overgrown and had quite a bit of deadwood, sticks brush around.
Dan was prompt in responding and able to provide a quote right away. Bloom did a wonderful job cleaning everything up, cutting the grass and weeds, and tidying up the whole yard. In the front the weeds were remove and woodchips were put in the flower bed. This was approximately 1.5 days of work. The yard looks great now. I would highly recommend Dan for your job.

I'm so glad I had Dan & his helper Chris do my sodding for me. Dan also trimmed my tree & hedge for me & prepared a small garden in one corner.
He spent 2 days working very diligently by himself during our poor air quality advisories. Always good natured & willing to answer my inane questions too!

Dan met with me along with his partner to review the work and offered suggestions that we appreciated. They arrived ready to work with all needed equipment at hand and tackled the job with maximum on site effort for the full day and more. They discarded old bushes, weeds, soil, etc and disposed of them leaving the site clean and amazing. New soil, weed barrier, and mulch put the finishing touches on our front gardens well beyond our expectations. I heartily recommend them as a newer company who responded to my emails promptly.
