I entrusted Taif from TTA Services with replacing two sump pumps in my home after finding him through Homestars. He assured me of a warranty when he installed the pumps, but when an issue arose later, he conveniently denied providing any warranty, claiming it was only for "big jobs." This blatant disregard for his verbal commitment reflects poorly on his integrity and professionalism. Despite initially praising his work ethic and honesty, I must retract my commendation in light of this disappointing experience. Proceed with caution when dealing with Taif and TTA Services.

Company Response: back 7 month's ago when I purchased sump pump I advised you to send for the 1 year warranty to the manufacturer . TTA Service Inc is not the manufacturer of sump pumps, this is a mistake on your part and I am not responsible for your actions. I had no problem repurchasing sump pump and installing into your home , but you want me to work for free.
who works for free? This is a manufacture problem not TTA Service Inc problem. you must stop to harass me and my company for the mistake you made.
I also don't appreciate you lying about me when I have done nothing wrong. How is it that I installed 2 and working perfectly and after 7 month's 1 stopped working ? we here at TTA Service Inc never gives warranty on sump pumps because that is a manufacture issue. I must tell you again this is not on my hands; it's manufacture problem.
Everyone I have worked for in their homes have seen my work ethics, morals, kindness, professionalism etc.
I kindly advise you to stop harassing me and my company for a sump pump, feel shy.

2 Sump Pumps replacement

Taif was prompt in contacting very professional attended the next day after speaking with me to replace to sump pumps that had stopped working. His service was excellent. There was no clean required as the work site was immaculate.

I highly recommend his work.

He is honest reliable and professional.

I am so happy and glad about Waterprof my basement by this company.Mr Tiaf and his team are profesinal and fast and very attention to details and building code .
High recommend this company for any work in basement.
