Renovating is not an easy task, and electrical work is definitely something you dont mess around with.
Richard was here to just change some pot lights but found so many hazards that we need it to change the all electrical And move the electrical box from a place that was not safe.
Place is not up to city code, he came back couple more times to make sure everything was in order and even change couple of covers that he saw were broken after my other contractor did the kitchen.
In the end look no further and hire richard.
