We're so glad we found J Group in our search for contractors. We needed to install a fence on one side, and as you may know, this involves a lot of coordination with neighbours. This started as a single fence project, but expanded to include a 3rd neighbour as well.
Our contact at J Group was AJ, and he really made the entire process go smoothly from start to finish. AJ was very responsive to our many questions, and he was very professional. He would give us a heads-up when dropping by, and ensured he was punctual. Usually this level of customer service comes with a premium price tag. But that was not the case, as J Group's service was very competitively priced.
AJ's attention to detail really stood out as he made sure to match the staining of the fence and design of the posts with the fence on our other side (done previosuly) to make it seem like it was all done at one time.
The job was clean, the turnaround time was very rapid, and the end result was fantastic.
