Egor arrived on time, was very professional and humorous, and most importantly he took the time to properly diagnose and fix my dryer and freezer!! He also provided tips on how to prevent my dryer issue from happening again, and prevented me from needing to order unnecessary freezer parts from the supplier.
He's very transparent with his pricing and walks you through the steps of what he's doing, what the next steps are, etc.
Thank you Egor for taking such good care to help repair my appliances! I would definitely recommend him to others.
