He was the fastest to reply. Had the best price offer and provided options for me if I wanted to upgrade. Did the job immediately as well which was key for me.
I do recommend if you work with him to make sure everything is in writing (this goes for ALL contractors actually) so that nothing is miscommunicated. I gave him a $150 tip.
