Benjamin drove to Saskatoon to repair cracks in our foundation and also finished the basement demo that the previous contractor had abandoned halfway through. Benjamin is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping us understand what needs to be done to complete our basement renovation properly. I was planning to sell our family home but there were some cracks in the foundation that I wanted to proactively address to cut down on any potential inspection findings that could jeopardize the selling/negotiation process.

I reached out to Benjamin via referral from a trusted Home Inspector and Benjamin called me and we discussed the potential issues. He came to the house and assessed and the did the repairs same day.

Groon construction services is great. Benjamin was able to come the day after we called, so service was super speedy. He helped us take a look at the cracks in the wall and fixed it on the spot. He also recommended instructions on the grade/slope to prevent future water infiltration into the basement. Nice guy!

Ben was fantastic!
He showed up on time, carefully had a look around the property, then completed the repair in about 2 hours.
The greatest thing was, as he worked to do the repair, he took the time to explain everything he was doing,
the products he was using, and the reason he used them. Then a step by step process of drilling, cleaning out,
and then filling the crack lines. It was impressive to see the entire crack being filled from all the drilled holes,
and when I went outside, I could see the product he was using to fill the crack had penetrated all the way
through the entire crack and was visible on the outside of the house. Proving that he didnt need to dig up
our brand new coloured and stamped sidewalk or move the air conditioner to fill a pair of cracks, which we
would have had to do if we chose to do an exterior repair versus an interior repair. All things considered,
it was an enlightening experience.

I will call Ben and will recommend him for any and all foundational crack repairs to any and all who ask.

New Home Builder Deficiencies. Our Builder did not want to honor our Building Envelope Warranty. The Builder did not want to come to our home,even though we emailed them photos of water leaking in our basement. We were concerned about our health. Our real estate agent referred us to Ben. We lost the sale of our home and purchase of another home. Ben reassured us that his team could fix this issue and even worked with the new purchasers of our home.
