TL Team Diamond Inc., was competitively priced, accommodating, efficient, patient and courteous. I required a concrete pad for exterior steps to sit on. It was completed in a timely fashion, and the work area was clean when they were done, so I could easily get pavers laid for the patio landing and walkway. The only issue was the missing expansion joint It is required. I applied a bead of expansion caulk after the concrete cured, in the event it settles and moves away from the foundation wall. Other than that, the pad is great, thanks guys!

George and his crew did a great job! We were very happy with the work, and he communicated clearly, was punctual and professional and very personable. I would definitely hire him again.
