Our clothes dryer was squeaking very loudly and the dryer vent needed to be cleaned. Turbo Tech offered a dryer maintenance package that covered all parts and service including the vent cleaning. I opted for that knowing parts can be often expensive. Jordan and Andrew arrived and were very personable to deal with and got right into the tasks at hand. In about an hour they had cleaned the vent, diagnosed and replaced a sticky tension roller unit on the Samsung dryer. They had reassembled it, reconnected the vent and tested it and it worked perfectly. Overall a great experience.
