Manny responded to my request for assistance super quickly. He is very friendly, fixed it very quickly, and has great communication. I would happily work with Manny again! Will not share the cost as that is up to Manny, but we were super happy with his quote and he is very reasonable.

Stairs and front landing reno

We ripped out our front exterior stairs to extend our driveway and contacted MGM to build us a new set with a small landing. He worked with us to reconfigure the layout and maintain the most amount of driveway space. The new stairs with the reconfigured layout look beautiful. The work was completed on budget and within the time frame we had discussed.
