Hired online. Arrived much earlier than scheduled. Within 10 minutes, project price had tripled (despite statement of no-hidden-fees online). Missed some of the ducts. Broke the bathroom fan - after they left, fan started to make an awful noise and had to be replaced (and was still very dusty). Struggled to get an invoice from them.
