We connected with Mark, through a referral, in Feb & discussed options to change our 30+ year old doors (front & back). He gave us some ideas & worked with us to give our color options & style. Once we placed the order, we were updated regularly on the status. Installation was done end of March & one installer took a day to complete the task. He was very meticulous about his work & cleaned as he completed a section. Mark stopped by on the day of installation to inspect & help out.
Overall, good price & speedy installation by Mark & his team. Will keep them in mind when we need to get more work done - skylight etc.

Had the Royal Seal team change out the sliding door for my aunt when I was visiting. They were all very helpful did a great job and the price was fair and they had it done right away, which was great because I was only in town for a week. I would Definitely recommend them to others.

We had our windows installed a couple of years ago and from the very first day - we have had nothing but issues. They initially gave us the wrong style windows in a couple of rooms. After much convincing we reached an agreement. Then there were windows that were high up that they forgot to take the stickers out. After much follow up, they finally came and removed the stickers. At the same time they were supposed to install plugs where the screws are installed. To date these have not been installed.

We had the windows installed in the summer, so the first winter, we started getting moisture again. The sales rep that had been extremely good at the time of making the sale, was no longer willing to assist with any service issues. Speaking to service was like talking to a brick wall. Finally I managed to speak to the owner/ manager and she advised me that it was our lifestyle that was causing the moisture and that she was going to send me booklet that will explain how we can reduce the moisture.

since then the product quality has deteriorated even more. The windows do not manage the heat / cold as they did the first year and even the noise levels are higher.

Ironically, I get a call every year from the company telephone sales department to sell me additional product and free quotes. I give them the opportunity to come and rectify the problems, and I get the standard answer that this is not my responsibility and I should speak to service.

If you would like to replace your windows often or you want an inferior quality product with no post sale service, then I would recommend you use this company. However, if you want to eliminate hassles and have a professional experience then please do not use this company .

I had Mark and his team replace all my windows in my home and some wood frames. The team was very neat and very hard working. I have no complaints about the job done. Thanks again!

Don’t order windows from Royal Seal Windows and Doors or you very likely will regret it, especially the after sale service even if you signed a contract and got a lifetime guarantee.
I contacted Mark from Royal Seal Windows and Doors after he left a flyer at my place about a year before, and I arranged with him for an estimate to replace four windows.

I signed the contract he provided and give him a down payment, that’s when everything started to go wrong. The measurements were done more than a week later than was promised, the windows were
ready for installation weeks later than what I was told and on the day of the installation the installers came nearly four hours later than agreed upon time. And because of this the installation was done in an unprofessional manner with the installers using flash lights for the greater part of the installation, according to Mark it’s normal for his company to use flash lights for installations,

After the installation was done I noticed the labels were all different and didn’t match the window frames and glasses that I ordered, I called Mark the next day to let him know about the discrepancies in what I ordered and what the labels were indicating I got. He refused to help me and told me to contact Window City and let them help me.
I contacted Window City and was told that they cannot understand how this happen and ask me to send them images of the labels. They also said that the dealer, Mark (Royal Seal Windows & Doors) should be the one contacting them about this and not me.
I called Mark and after many, many attempts and having to block my # I finally got a hold of him he asked me to text him the images of the labels and when he is at window city the next day he would investigate and get back to me.

I have been trying to get in contact with Mark since then, over two months now, via texts and phone and leaving many messages but he refuses to answer my calls and respond to my messages and texts.
I never had a problem getting in contact with Mark before I signed the contract, he would answer all my calls immediately, or call me back right away. Now he would only answer if my number is blocked and then he would hang up.

This guy refuses to honor the signed contract with lifetime warranty less than a day after the installation was done; even though all I am asking him to do is to verify with Window City that I received the correct windows and explained the wrong labels. I can only imagine what would happen if someone tries to make a claim under his lifetime warranty.
Going with his company was one of my biggest mistakes and not worth the $250 I thought I was saving, pay more and go with a reputable company

Although I really enjoyed working with Mike from Royal Seal Windows & Doors, they were a little messy. The door has been sturdy and was professionally installed. Workers were kind, polite and of good manner. I would recommend this to a family or friend.

We just moved in to our new house, and wasn't really happy with our front door. We were quoted by several Door Specialist, but me and my husband felt so comfortable with Mark. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He answered all our question and presented all the adv and disadv. Finally we have our new door installed. His team was great and installation and material were perfect and price was very reasonable! Definitely we would highly recommend Mark to be dealt with in your future Door and Windows Project.

We were looking for a wooden door for a long time,it was my wife's dream to have one. It was very important to us that we had the best quality door. It's a good thing that we found this company, because only a few companies in Canada makes solid wood doors. Other companies claim that they have solid wood doors but they are made of veneer. Very good product, excellent installations and special thanks to installers!
