Last year we had all our Windows and one door replaced. We couldnt be happier with quality and the service we received. The windows look amazing and they have made a huge difference in the noise level in our home. We live on a main road so traffic used to be an issue. It isnt anymore. We also no longer feel any drafts which also was an issue. We noticed that the builders windows had zero foam installed on any of the windows that were removed. Explains why it was so cold and loud all those years.. The installation was so professional. Everyone was very friendly and experienced. They were very clean which my wife appreciated. All trim was cut outside to reduce dust and windows were removed from the site at the end of the day. We would highly recommend West Home to anyone looking at replacing their windows.
