Major renovation - Very satisfied
The service provided by Pop Studio was second to none. Andrea, the designer, provided us with innovative and creative solutions which proved very important when we faced some design challenges due to the existing structure of the house. She also gave us 3D renderings of the different possibilities and made visualizing the final project easier. I really appreciated her help when sourcing all the accessories and finishes because she always gave me alternatives with different prices. Adolfo managed all the different trades and his communication with us was always clear, concise and timely - whenever there was an unexpected issue he quickly gave us solutions and explained the pros and cons. What I value most about working with Pop Studio is that they stand by their word and they finished pretty much on schedule (a rarity amongst contractors). I must emphasizes that I have done 3 major renovations in the past at different properties with other contractors and Pop Studio was by far the best one I have worked with; they were able to give me peace of mind throughout the whole process.
