Peter responded on the same day, provided a reasonable quote and assessment, and was ready to come check it out.
The job turned out to be a little bigger when he arrived and investigated, he provided a new quote, and we scheduled a new day for him to come with the required hardware. The quote was again reasonable and did not feel like he was trying to fleece me.
The next time Peter arrived the entire issue was resolved and I can report that the door has been perfect for the last 3 weeks since the fix.
Very happy and would work with them again.
