Simyon and his team were fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations throughout the project. The bathroom tiles ended up looking stunning, and Im thoroughly happy with the job. Simyons communication was great and the project was completed in a timely fashion.

The guys at XMP did a great job from start to finish. We found the communication to be excellent and the work to be of great quality. Work was finished on time and on budget. As well, the guys took care to keep our space clean and moved all unused materials to our garage for storage. Despite frigid temperatures, loud/dusty work was done outside. They were flexible in working with us on our small floor project and made suggestions to improve the installation; we would look to hire them again for similar work. Note: this was a small bathroom floor (30 sqft) and we had pre-purchased most of the materials required for installation.

XMP did a great job with our basement development. Price was fair and they stayed on schedule and on budget. The new basement suite looks very nice and rented out quickly.

XMP Construction did an excellent job on my bathroom project. The quality of work was great. Everything was finished as scheduled and in line with the original estimate they provided.

Within a couple hours of me posting what I needed, I had received several messages from flooring contractors quoting me several thousand of dollars to only rip up tile flooring. No one even came to look. I got a message from XMP construction and the owner asked if he could come by to have a look. I have a condo so it's not huge. He came in and gave me a very fair price. They never gouged me and ended up doing the removal and installation of the floor and backsplash. Prompt, courteous and so professional. I will be happy to recommend this company time and again. Thanks for all the hard work guys!

Very pleased with the work ethic and professional conduct of the crew that did the installation of tile and flooring. They asked appropriate questions regarding our expectations for the final product and provided recommendations to achieve what we were looking for.
