I'm a realtor and needed a quick turnaround job so I can list and sell this condo. I asked them for their availability and quote and they got back to me immediately to come take a look at the job and to price it out correctly. They were very responsive and correspondence was extremely clear. They did a fantastic job and changing the laminate floors, regrouting the bathroom tiles and shower tiles, gave the tub a facelift and painted the entire unit. Now the unit looks brand new.

They helped me design a very modern styled bathroom with wood cabin and glass shower. I really liked the clean lines and geometric shapes with a freestanding bathtub! Makes it very spacious and enhancing the spa-like feel. The job was done in short time frame making it very convenient.

They are professional, easy to work with, bring skilled tradesmen to the project and stand behind their work. The work site was cleaned up every day and the disruption to us was quite minimal, even though we lived in the house while the renovation was going on.

Wow!! I just want to say that Y2 Renovations is honestly so meticulous, timely, and honestly so accomodating for any new home owner. John helped guide me every step of the reno, his team was so professional and honestly considered details I didn't even think of!

They also have such amazing options for all price ranges, and you can tell through their sincerity they aren't trying to get a quick buck out of you. Truly felt like a close friend looking out for me. Loved that my options within my price range were still so trendy yet timeless.

When he re-did my kitchen, I was shocked by what he was able to do in such a short period of time. It definitely felt boujee on a budget! The way that his team hid my dishwasher to match the cupboards was literally genius. This is the kind of knowledge and thoughtfulness you truly expect from a 5 star team.
