This was for a rental cottage. They installed a whole home generator that switches power automatically. The generator is 22kw which can run my hot tub /furnace/well pump with ease. It transfers automatically so people renting it dont have to do anything. Jamie helped me register it and spent extra time explaining the maintenance schedule, setting up the wifi, and how the generator works. The propane line cost an extra 1800$.
