Angelo and his team have done a few projects for us, including a small bathroom update, water damage repair, chandelier installation, back yard pavilion construction and so forth. Most recently Angelo and team did a complete reno of our master bathroom, including new shower, free-standing tub, heated flooring and cabinet installation. Angelo had Blacklock Electric upgrade our electrical panel to 200 amp service, install the controls for the heated floor, heated towel rack and lighting. They handled all permits. Angelo presented a complete proposal and a progress payment schedule. The project was scheduled and managed well, and they were flexible with our requests for add-ons and changes. Angelo, Vic and Nole were pleasant to deal with and accommodating of our need to live in the construction area. Sean from Blacklock Electric was tremendous as well. They cleaned up every day and took measures to minimize dust. We will definitely be calling Angelo for future projects.

Angelo renovated our main floor to accommodate my mother moving into our home for a few months. The project included powder room, basement and adjusting some walls and doors. 10/10.

I can not say enough good things about Angelo and Noel! We chose Angelos company for a full main floor renovation including kitchen and powder room with significant structural, plumbing and electrical work. Angelo provided reasonable quote and was always available to discuss options. On arrival Angelo and Noel laid down drop clothes throughout their travel areas, tented entire area with plastic and made sure carpets were well protected. We knew this would be a messy job but they kept it all contained. Completed in 3 days with new smooth plastered ceiling with one coat of primer and two coats of paint. Tidied up was immaculate. Angelo was the contractor who took over when our first contractor flaked and I wished we had've found him in the first place. He came recommended from a friend because of his quality and timely work and that is exactly what he delivered for us. He listened to our needs and wants, made great suggestions along the way, and gave me exactly what I'd pictured in my mind.

Main floor: he created a closet, installed a washer and dryer, installed ceramic tile in entrance and new plank flooring throughout, installed recessed lighting, fixed a damaged ceiling, fixed drywall, and reconfigured our kitchen by adding electrical outlets and switches, and moving plumbing and the stove outlet.

Basement: finished the whole basement with new flooring throughout, finished the ceiling, installed and repaired drywall, created a closet, built and finished a full three-piece bathroom, and installed a basement kitchen (including stove, cupboards, electrical, water and plumbing, etc.).

Don't be fooled by a cheaper quote, shortcuts, or a part-timer contractor. Overall, Angelo and Park Lane's work is of exceptional quality and Angelo is a true professional. Whether you have a small job or a big one, I highly recommend him and his team for your home renovation needs.
