I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeff from Rideau Renewables Solar on the installation of solar panels for my house in Embrun, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and expertise he provided.

From the initial consultation though installation and getting permits to generate my own electricity, Jeff demonstrated a profound understanding of solar systems and was able to dumb it down for me. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, addressing all my questions and options with patience and clarity. He conducted a comprehensive assessment of my property to determine the optimal placement for the solar panels, ensuring my wife was happy with the curb appeal and the maximum energy efficiency with the shade of trees and direction of my complex roof structure. His knowledge of the new technologies and the evolving best practices in the industry was evident throughout the entire project. With Jeff's help we decided to install 32 panels with micro-inverters in two arrays.

Throughout the installation, Jeff displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and dedication. He and his team worked efficiently, completing the installation ahead of schedule without compromising quality. Jeff personally ensured that every component was installed and met my building permit standards and passed ESA, and he also took the time to walk me through the system's operation and maintenance requirements. He went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and stress-free for me. His excellent communication skills, reliability, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience truly enjoyable.
