Masters Homes

Masters Homes team is good!!! We recently got our basement finished with Masters homes. We choose to have them come for an estimate based on their positive reviews. After estimates from several companies, we decided to go with Masters Homes and were glad we did. They were not the least expensive nor the most expensive, but they provided a reasonable breakdown of costs. The team is well organized in that they provided a comprehensive schedule of when each trade was expected to their part of the work. It was obvious that all the trades took pride in producing good quality work. Sara, their designer, was helpful in choosing materials and fixtures. Amr is approachable and easy to deal with. They are responsive and do their best to accommodate the clients needs and issues. After hearing about bad experiences with other contractors, we appreciated that with Masters Homes we didn't have to chase after anyone or deal with long delays. As with any project, glitches happen, but Amr and his team promptly addressed the issues. Overall, we were very satisfied with the process, the team, and the end result! The most reassuring part was that when the city inspector came to inspect the work, he commented that they did a good job--that meant a lot coming from someone who has seen all kinds of jobs.
