Very professional and excellent workmanship! On demand renovations have completed 3 full home renovation projects in addition to separately completing 2 full basement apartment renovations. The owner is very knowledgeable and can provide amazing design layout and space functionality recommendations.

We have a 800 sq feet basement that was unfinished. We wanted 1 bed room, kitchen, washroom and extra living space. We got quotes from 4 companies, On Demand quote was competitive, ideas for the space were most compatible with the layout, they showed us pictures of related finishes, colors that they suggested. Overall project started on time. One day before start of project, delivery for material was arranged. We were impressed, 3 weeks of hard work and dedication.
