Golden Mean Landscapes

Needed major redo of a small lot. Struggled with water pooling, privacy, parking and maintenance. Got a low maintenance, nicely styled, highly functional yard with no drainage issues for us or neighbours. On time and on budget. We live in a neighbourhood that has tight spaces and limited places for parking and unloading. Our neighbours all complemented on the work crew and how conscientious, clean and polite they were. Exceptional follow-up on questions and proactively checking on their work years afterwards. Hired them to do another job for a grandparent and recommend them frequently. Will use them again.

We had a large two tier, old wooden deck and wanted to replace it with composite, do some landscape lighting and install a sprinkler system. Darren and team were knowledgeable, thorough, polite and friendly throughout the process.

From the quote stage through to completion and follow-up, there was excellent communication and resolution of all items. The irrigation system was not installed by Golden Mean but by a company recommended by them. We were very pleased with their work as well.

There were times during the project that we were away but they kept us in the loop sending pictures every day of the progress and immediately contacting us with any items that required decisions, outlining the issues and providing options.
