Is it my pool or his?

I was introduced to the Pool Professors through him being hired by our pool installer to give me the pool school introduction as I was a new pool owner. Tim never made (or makes) me feel dumb for not knowing what I didnt know and hes always available for any of my dumb questions. He never makes me feel like hes rushing me out or laughing at my questions.

Although I know him professionally through the company, the way he carries himself. I feel like hes a friend and that he cares about my pool and takes care of it (and takes care of me knowing how to take care of it) like its his own pool.

This past winter I unexpectedly got a text from him, suggesting that I check something with my pool that hes been finding with several of his clients. This was unexpected and I never wouldve checked my pool had he not contacted me. Thankfully, because of his text I was able to spot a problem that wouldve cost me thousands and thousands of dollars and he was able to come the next day and fix it for me. I cant describe how appreciated this was. Ive thanked him backwards and forwards and he humbly rejects the thanks and the praise and says he was just glad to help me prevent a big problem.

Not only would I highly recommend Pool Professors, but Ive insisted on other friends with Pools to cancel whatever theyve had, and switch to him! Getting the pool was extremely intimidating, and had I known I would have someone like the Pool Professor as a resource after opening our pool for the first time a few years ago I wouldve felt a lot better about getting the pool and maintaining a healthy pool for my family and friends!

I would highly highly highly highly recommend the professor!

Approximate cost of services:

Company Response

Jeremy I had a big smile on the whole way through this one....the title gave me a good chuckle haha. I really appreciate you taking the time to write this, and it means a lot to know that you feel comfortable to ask me questions when something doesn't make sense (As I'm sure you would tell your students, there are no dumb questions!)

To your point about pools being intimidating- This is a common feeling amongst pool owners, and is the whole reason I do what I do! Peeling back the layers of how your pool functions, and how the pool industry functions, you are sure to spend (thousands and thousands) less in your backyard over time. I am always here when you need it buddy!

Looking forward to the season ahead.

Tim
