I live in an 1896 Victorian semi in downtown Toronto. With only 1,350 sq ft and 1 bathroom I wanted to make my basement a liveable area. I contacted Mud Monkeys on referral from a friend. They were responsive and helpful. They walked me through the process and connected me with the engineers for plans and permits. When work commenced on the start dates discussed, they were respectful, diligent, and genuinely nice, hard-working people. The ease of working with them from start to finish was amazing and it was such a great experience. After their extensive efforts to underpin my house over 7/8 weeks I was able to bring in a contractor to start the construction stage.
