I cannot in all honesty recommend them, I had all my doors and windows changed in Fall 2012. The delivery was disorganized, the door installation was a disaster, the window installation was decent. My front door does not lock properly, opens/unlocks by itself. The windows were great the first year, but we are noticing some drafting. The reason I cannot recommend them is because I reached out to them repeatedly to fix my front door, it is a great security concern to my family. They visited after much pleading, and never came back to fix the problem. I feel ripped off because I could of had the work done by cheaper companies but believed I was receiving better service by paying a premium by using Trueseal.
Update, it took some time but our front door issue is now resolved and we are happy with the repair. I would suggest any person spending upwards of $30,000 on any job in their home do their due diligence and watch the work the work being completed. It is very hard to trust any person/company nowadays, and in doing so you can avoid being on tv with Mike Holmes, buyer beware.

I am sorry Deepak, "Dave"? felt he needed to go this route with his complaint, however I must first reply that his review is very biased and misleading. Trueseal is celebrating 46 years , family owned and operated and we take great pride in the outstanding reputation we continue to maintain. There was an issue with the door system missing a piece from the astragal, holding the fixed panel in place, the manufacturer of the door system assured us he would take care of the issue. I have not heard from Deepak since July 2013 and believed the matter to be rectified.
As for the window install, our craftsmen were closely watched while working at this home (actually to the point of being very uncomfortable for them), shimmed, foamed and sealed all windows correctly. We have never been advised there has ever been an issue regarding drafts at this home.
I apologise the manufacture did not live up to his word and resolve this issue for you, however we can arrange another inspection on this issue if you would like.
