Paul and his team recently installed new flooring and painted my condo. I was very pleased with the entire process - the results are great and everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have. Paul was early for every appointment we had and was easy to reach and quick to answer questions throughout the project. The team uncomplainingly adhered to all the strata's rules - I was so pleased and relieved that there were no strata-related complaints/issues. The team is very experienced in working in condos and close quarters - they have a custom cart for moving materials around, and were very neat and tidy. There were a couple snags (a light fixture that had been installed in such a way as to prevent removal of the cover; laminate that turned out to have been glued down), but the team took these issues in stride. The work was completed slightly earlier than originally estimated, and was within budget. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mainland Ventures for another project, and have already recommended them to a couple friends. Overall, a great experience.
