Garrison & Skene were on time, very professional and work quickly. The quote was cheaper than a major competitor and I had pick up the next day. We didn't have many items but one was a large, extremely heavy television. The men took on the task of moving the TV with good nature and a couple of jokes. I highly recommend this company and their moving crew of Garrison & Skene.

I had used the services of Rid of It before and found them to be professional, courteous and conscientious. They did not disappoint this time was well. They certainly are consistent in the service they provide at a reasonable cost. Speaking from experience I highly recommend them.

Prompt, quick, and professional.

We bought a house that had some particularly messy tenants in it. There was an unbelievable amount of garbage. We had it all rounded up and nowhere to put it, so we called Rid Of It.

They showed up the next afternoon right on schedule, assessed the situation very quickly, and started hauling everything out to their truck with no hassle at all to me. They clearly explained what they could and couldn't take (for legal reasons) and volunteered information on what to do with the rest (i.e. paint, a bike, a shopping cart).

I'm extremely pleased with the service. Their pricing was as quoted and their service was prompt and professional. I'll definitely be calling them when I need a bin rental for our upcoming renos!

I've handed Derek & Garrison a huge job and they are handling it like pro's! So far they've handled one load with ease and I'll see them Monday morning so we can finish the rest.

Booked 1-800-rid-of-it based on the positive Homestars reviews and the service lived up to the high expectations. Tim and Skene were friendly and efficient. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. There were no hidden fees, extra charges, or upsell, etc. In fact, they even helped me save some money by helping me separate items that I could easily recycle on my own rather than charging me to remove it. I would definitely use their service again.

Great Service. We had Garrison and Derek come on time and remove our furniture boxes and everything was cleared in five minutes. Friendly and professional staff and I will use the company again next time.

Fantastic service. This is the third time within the month that I had the gentlemen from Get Rid of It to remove unwanted household items from my mother's house which she has sold. Tim and Chester were the gentlemen involved in removing the material and they were friendly, professional, very accomodating and respectful. We have an old 60" plasma tv that was on our floor in the front entrance, and we need to get rid of it - and quickly - before a big party. I called a couple other places, but they weren't sure if they could come in two days. I emailed ridofit, and picked my window (next day) for pick up. I received a prompt email back saying they would arrive the next day at the scheduled time. On the following morning, they called to say they were on their way. Garrison and Tim were polite, friendly and on time - and promptly got rid of my giant broken television. I would recommend them without hesitation!! Thanks, guys!

Arrived before scheduled time with prior phone advice (a +). Tim & Keve are polite and completed their task efficiently. They swept the floor & laneway as much as they could. Price is above expectation (compared to rough estimate over the phone). But Tim & Keve explainedthat due to the added dumping fees (for ceramic tiles with cement attached to wire mesh). It will be less costly if one can rent a small bin and move the stuff themself, If one cannot carry the load, it is fair to pay them for their service. I will for sure use their service again when needed.

Job was easy to book, website is very user friendly. Staff was fast, professional and pleasant. The cost was way more than I anticipated based on the website info, mainly because the truck was much smaller than I expected. Overall, pricey, but a job well done.
