Replace Gripset and re-key door locks
We recently purchased a gripset for our front door. We were going to have it re-keyed to match our side door. We contacted John at "A Perfect Pick Locksmiths". He asked us to tell him which Gripset we had purchased and when we told him what brand it was he immediately provided us with important information re: that the brand we had purchased was not reliable. He directed us to web pages where we quickly confirmed what he said. John then gave us very good advice on an alternate brand to purchase. He gave us his cell phone number and asked us to send him a picture of the new gripset from the store and, when we did this, he immediately confirmed that this was a better, more reliable, unit. The excellent and high level of communication was most appreciated by us. He showed up, right on time, to do install the new gripset we had purchased and to re-key two additional locks. He was personable, professional and the cost for the work - considering he had to drive to Mississauga from Etobicoke - was very reasonable. We highly recommend John from "A Perfect Pick Locksmiths"
