John was very professional and punctual. I had a problem with the alginment for the deadbolt in my patio door. John was able to fix it in no time. I was suprised how fast he was able to repair it and the charges were a lot less than what I was anticipating. Will definitely call on John again with any lock issues.

Houses shift and cause misalignment between a lock and the hole that is supposed to accept the bolt or spring latch.
