I called the big name companies at first because I 'thought' they must be the best. They didn't even bother to return my call because my small repair was a waste of their time. That's just rude and terrible customer service.

I saw E.W. Smith's company van on my street and called them. I received a reply call very promptly and they completed the task that very day! They provided fantastic customer service and their price was very reasonable. No question they will have my business going forward when I need a larger job completed.
