Horrible experience with the owner of the company. Movers handled expensive items roughly. Dropped speakers. Movers asked if they could drive their truck into my lawn to save them time and me money and I said no, they were extremely rude.

My customer satisfaction rate is 97%, we have several crew's and changes will be made if necessary, Ali's crew did this move,very polite, no damages or insurance claim, look at all the good reviews, this move actually happened August 14th, 2021, this is a private review for a move we did 7 months ago. Sharmin Gandhi sent me an email saying " Thanks for the smooth move yesterday" I have this email for anyone who wants to see it, what happened? Sharmin is from India and said he likes to bargain in his culture, wanted no hst if cash (he said he does this with several companies) he tried to make a cash deal with the movers to move some optional items that I gave him a price for( I understand he wanted to bargain but he had all the terms in writing before we did the move, I had already given him a great discounted rate and could not afford more discounts after the fact) the day after the move after thanking me for a smooth move he asked for the discounts etc or he will do a bad review,the crew was extremely polite and courteous,I said file a complaint with the BBB, do a review after that, I have A plus rating, I am accredited, threats are not the way to handle this,he never contacted the BBB, my record of no complaints with the BBB for over 12 years continues!
