I originally called Darius over the summer to get a quote for an Air Conditioner. He was very helpful and patient so the minute my furnace stopped working I called him. He showed up an hour later, that is definitely efficiency! As a result, I was able to get the OPA Rebate which is ending today. After the weekend I will have a new furnace, AC and tankless water heater.

On Black Friday our water tank decided it had enough. At 5:30am we discovered water leaking. By 6:00 I called Reliance and actually got a live (Samantha) person that dealt with our situation immediately. By 8:00 Aman Sidhu (2379) showed up and replaced our old with a new. A couple hours later he was on his way to his next stop and we had hot water running throughout the house. Thanks Aman. Job well done!

Water heater stopped working all of sudden. Called customer service around 6:00 PM, we had Reliance technician and our door within hour and a half. Gurmeet, employee # 2473 was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and replaced the necessary parts and left after answering all of our concerns.
I am extremely happy with the service i received. I would recommend reliance as a company to all family and friends.

I just had my hot water tank replaced by John Savage, Employee # 1485. I live in Val Caron in the Sudbury area and I would like to thank Reliance and John for their quick response to my emergency needs of getting my hot water tank replaced promptly. John was very respectful, kind and professional. He left the work area clean, meticulous and very safe with the installation. As a professional engineer, I find comfort in dealing with a professional person like John. I wish him the best. Season's greeting to John and Reliance.

Hot water tank stopped working. Tech, Gurmeet singh 2473 came in at the requested time. The tech actually took the time to figure out the problem qnd explained to me very politely. Tank had to be moved from the originsl position in order to get to the problem. Gurmeet didnt complsin at all and went about his work. Gurmeet was very professionall and very knowledgeable. He finished the work quite efficiently. Definitely will recommend him and reliance to others

We were getting cool to warm water out of our hot water taps for over 6 weeks. After numerous frustrating calls to Reliance, I was starting to doubt their services. I felt like there was no one at this company that could help! 1st tech out said "don't call us back, its a plumbing issue" After calling a plumber and being charged a $60 service call. The plumber says "its the water tank, not the plumbing." 2nd tech that came out was a contractor (not even a Reliance tech) he played with the water tank, and left us with hot water for 1 HOUR that night! I called Reliance back the next day. I was then promised by the Reliance rep. that I spoke to on the phone, that a manager was going to get in touch with the tech, that had been at my home the night before, and call me back. I waited 2 and a half WEEKS! And still no call back from the manager. I called again! "I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting, and I'm about to send your tank on a one way trip out my front door" I said to the woman on the phone. This customer service rep. understood and quickly booked another service call. After I got off the phone that night, I was still frustrated, so many calls, and techs and still no hot water! It had been almost 6 weeks since the problem had first occured. This time I was determined that, If no one from Reliance could fix my hot water, then this water tank was on its way out of my house with the next technician! The next day, Matt the tech showed up. He was understanding, curtious, helpful and he knew exactly what the problem was!!! Finally! Someone that could help get the hot water back!!! He explain the issue and promised to be back the next day, with the parts needed to get the hot water working again. the next day and $100 later, but its finally fixed!!! THANK YOU to a wonderful tech named Matt #1829. He was the one who fixed the problem and saved this customer! He explained the issue, fixed the problem and left everything neat and clean. Not even the old parts were left for me to throw away in the trash. I give Matt 10 stars for his great work! But Reliance "tisk-tisk-tisk!" Your company really needs better customer service, and more knowledgable techs! Tip: Hire more great technicians like Matt #1829!

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Gurmeet from reliance when my water heater break down.He called me before coming and was quick to finish the work. He also guide me for my 16 year old furnace and booked early appointment to replace it before it breaks down in winter.Thank you for the service.
