Daryl (ID 2109), the technical staff, arrived promptly at the appointed time to sort out my hot water problems and quickly made the diagnosis. He changed the rental hot water tank all by himself within the hour. Afterwards he explained and showed me the reasons. He also changed a leaking water valve above the tank at my request. I am very impressed with his professionalism, competence and friendliness. He is a real asset of the Reliance service team.

I called in the mornig asking for furnance manteinance ands they send very quickly the technician Derek he did very good job! very quick! and the guy was very nice and professional.

Have been signed up with Reliance for years and very happy with their friendly customer service... They've recently added their own technicians to my area (Whitby) rather than sublet to a private HAVC company... This concerned me when I called for repair August 20th as the previous contractor knew my system very well, however Chris (emp #7204) brought something to my attention that was never mentioned previously... A clogged condenser drain hose was the source of my problems and Chris took care of it immediately. - Advised me what to look out for in the future and offered a few other preventative tips

Dean was very polite and respectful. I was at ease with him in my home, there was no pressure to buy anything even though I needed a new furnace. He explained the different units that were available as well as the advantages and disadvantages for meeting my family's needs. The fact that within 2 days my
new system will be installed is great. The price fits my budget and not having to worry about maintenance or repairs is also a relieve. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone looking to replace their old system.

Living in a small narrow townhouse certainly has its challenges when installing a new furnace and A/c. I Was fortunate enough to have a very experienced team of Jeff # 1023 and Dan #2097.
Jeff was very knowledgeable and creative when it came to installing the new units and managed to fit both into a very tight area. I'm glad I went with a reputable company with experienced technicians. So far the A/c has been working great and I am very satisfied with my cooler house and will enjoy it for many years to come.
The guys arrived on time, took all the old junk away including the air exchanger and purifier at no extra cost, cleaned up the basement after the install, took the time to explain what they did and how to operate the equipment- They were both extremely nice and I couldn't ask for better service!

I made an appointment for an inspection of my water tank that was rusting on the bottom. I was expecting a technician between 7 and 11 am. At 8:15 am I received a call from the technician Paul Penney #498 to say he would be here in 15 minutes. He arrived as promised and immediately assessed the situation and recommended replacement of the unit. He also indicated that as he did not have any further appointments booked, he would try to accommodate the installation that morning. After making a quick phone call, Paul came back to say he could indeed replace the unit immediately. Within the hour, I had a beautiful new water heater, no charge. Paul was fantastic! He was a really hard worker and obviously took pride in his position within the company. I couldn't have appreciated his efforts more and am so pleased to have it all taken care of in one visit!

I recently had my AC serviced by Frank Amirrajab. Service was very professional and completed beyond our expectations. He made certain that we were satisfied with the AC performance and resulting temperature of the the house.

Kyle Vodden (1650) did a great job. He thoroughly explained maintenance techniques I can do myself. Was 10 minutes after the appointment window because he said he'd rather do a thorough job with each customer than rush through--I agree with him on that. Know more about my furnace and air conditioner than I ever did before. Also appreciated the $50 discount.

Derek Phung of Reliance went above and beyond in our annual AC/Heating cleaning and inspection. He took the time to explain everything and did an efficient and punctual job. Highly recommended.

My A/C unit (very old) failed at the end of July 2013, so I initiated the search for a replacement. The weather had turned a bit cooler so I was able to take my time. I decided to look into pricing for A/C and furnace, as my furnace was also very old, and I was sure it was only a matter of time until my hand would be forced. I initiated my search, from both independent installers and full service suppliers. I decided to make in-home appointments with one independent as well as one other full service provider, which occurred prior to my appointment with Reliance Home Comfort.

My advisor, Darius Chichgur arrived on time for the appointment, and walked me through all the options available, pricing, rebates, brands of equipment, etc. All was explained in detail and my questions were answered clearly and honestly. At no point in the process did I feel pressured about anything. This was very much appreciated. At the end of the appointment, I was comfortable that the right decision was to go with Reliance, based on the information provided, the equipment offered, as well as the price. An installation appointment was arranged that fit MY schedule, also with no pressure.

On the day of installation, Mark and his crew from Sauga Heating and Air showed up right on time. They put down floor protection through the house where they needed to walk back and forth. They went about their business, and completed the installation within the time frame indicated by Darius. No nasty surprises. The job was done to my complete satisfaction. At the end, Mark walked me through exactly what they had done, and explained how it all worked, what I needed to do and what would be taken care of by Reliance. It was clear that they took great pride in their workmanship.

I was extremely satisfied with the Home Comfort Advisor, Darius, the pricing of the equipment and programs offered by Reliance, as well as the installation completed by Mark and his crew from Sauga Heating and Air.

I would definitely recommend any or all of the above to my friends and family. Thank you Reliance, Darius, Mark and crew for a very positive experience. Now bring on summer again.
