Reliance Home Comfort

We were very pleased. Our furnace broke down and 24 hours later we had a new furnace, new air conditioner. Jesse McLean worked with us and gave us all kinds of information about our options. He made sure we had heat over night and got some great workers to replace our furnace quickly and cleanly. We couldn't be more pleased.

Technician, Adam, was very professional, helpful and answered all questions that I had. He was patient and understanding. He also gave me suggestions on how to maintain my humidifier.Overall I felt that I was in safe hands.

Not a lot of big companies can have a tech avail the same day and this is the 2nd time that Reliance had my problem fixed the same day and most important is how issues were being resolved as tech that last did my furnace not only fixed the problem but also made sure that everything is ok.

I had the best service Ive ever had,great install for both products, Replaced Lennox pulse furnace with 2 stage Rheem , WOW ! what a difference.. I live in Cambridge, Ontario, these service guys give you honest feedback with any questions and they are very efficent and take pride in their work , great service guys !!!

Came home from holiday to find a thankfully small leak with the water softener. A call with customer service & the tech was there that afternoon & replaced the rental unit. Thanks Joey #0977 for a great job!

I called into the call centre 3 times. My water heater was leaking and the light was flashing as the water was cold. The first 2 reps told me no one could come until the next day. water was leaking right beside my furnace. I felt it was an emergency, but they did not. someone else called for me and all of a sudden someone could come that afternoon. I called and talked to a 3rd rep and she agreed that it was an emergency and rectified the problem and sent all the info to their manager as my concern and cold water was not handled properly. the good part about this company was Joey #0977 who showed up shortly thereafter saw the problem immediately and turned everything off and told me that new pipes had to be installed as code had changed in 2007. He showed me where the openings had to be cut and how big. After the holes were cut he came back the next day and installed the new heater in just over an hour. excellent job and very pleasant. Make sure you get him for your repairs as he is very experienced and competent

just wanted to let people know that when i called Reliance about my water tank leaking,the call center was great to me and i had a call from Arctica (a Reliance dealer). in about 1 hour and they showed up that same day about 2 hours later .great service

Dave A was the service attendant who came and repaired my furnace. He called before and gave me a time when he would arrive. He was right on time. He as very professional in his manner and respect for my home. He explained what he was doing and what was wrong with my furnace. He had to go and purchase the new motor and returned to put it in. I am most impressed with his ability to quickly fix the furnace and explain everything to me. Great job, Dave, and you are an asset to Reliance Home Comfort Company. Keep up the good work.

Called Reliance because my hot water tank started to leak. The contractor for our area called within 30 minutes. Installers were there about 2 hours later. Installed the new tank, took away the old one and cleaned up after themselves. The two installers did a very professional job and were very pleasant to deal with. Thank you Reliance and Arctica.

Mike Zevallos from the Brampton Office came and gave
an information session to us in Oshawa.He showed us
3 different types ( strengths) of furnaces,air conditioners.
He also discussed a hot water tank rental.He told us all
costs to rent.The benefits of having them do the maintenance
change the filters.As a home owner who has had furnace issues in the past
this kind of coverage gives us piece of mind knowing everything
is looked after by professionals.They were installing a furnace,air conditioner
and hot water tank and it was a rainy slushy Feb day.There were 2 gentlemen
who showed up and covered all surfaces with runners so they would not
make a mess while taking out the old appliances and bringing in the new ones.
They worked efficiently and as a team to make the change over as fast as possible.
They showed me how to program the new thermostat.They also showed me how to
change the water temperature on my hot water heater incase i wanted or needed too.
When they left they took all the old appliances,boxes and anything else that was rubbish
so we had no trace of any work that had been done and we didnt have to dispose of anything.
They also returned the hot water tank to the previous company that we had rented it from.
This was all accomplished in 1 day.
