Had a furnace replaced and air conditioner installed. did a great job of explaining everything.Furnace is working amazing, not sure about air conditioner yet as its not warm enough out.

After being advised by one of their maintenance guys, Ryan, that Reliance was having a super sale on furnaces, I bought a new furnace at almost half the price and had them change my hot water tank. Greg Whitman, in Sudbury, was professional, explained everything and guided me through the purchase based on the size of my home. He took the time to measure and take all information necessary to ensure the job would be done perfectly the first time. The workers arrived on time and called ahead of time to advise that they would soon be here. Work was done very efficiently. Greg took the time to stop in to ensure that the work was proceeding as planned and there were no unexpected difficulties. The workers, Luck and Kary explained how the furnaced functioned, how to care for the filter and the overflow valve worked. They took the time to run a tube to the ceiling so that it could drain into the wash tub to prevent having to step on the tube and to avoid slippery floors and/or slip and fall injuries. They also installed a new hot water tank in a better position. They took the time to really cleaned up after themselves which was greatly appreciated. This company really puts client satisfaction far above all other company. Thanks for making this so easy and for the tip on the sale. I saved about $2500 not to mention this new system will be far more efficient then the one I had in the past. If I could nominate any team for a service award, it would certainly be the this company and their many staff that I've dealt with over the years. I am a long time customer and will continue to be for many years. Thanks all!!!
