She arranged a very convenient time for us (8 to 9 am) and clearly explained what we could expect. Mike showed up promptly and was again very friendly and courteous. He gave me a great, quick and easy to understand estimate. I agreed immediately and he got right to work. The work was done quickly and professionally and we were very happy with the results.
