I called Mr. Vivek on a Saturday morning. My refrigerator was too mild, my freezer was "over-freezing" and earlier in the week my fridge/freezer was making a noticeably loud humming noise. Mr. X sent a technician in to diagnosis the issue within a few hours of my original call (on Saturday) and once onsite the technician diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. There were two possible parts that may have needed to be replaced, and unfortunately the supplier was closed until Monday morning. Mr x called me back first thing Monday morning to let me know they had tracked down the two parts and he gave me a quote on the price of the parts plus labour costs. By noon on Monday a repair person was onsite to fix my fridge. It took about an hour to repair the fridge, and only one of the two parts was required for the fix, so I was actually charged less than I was quoted. Overall the communication was amazing and prompt, the repair person was speedy and efficient and the price was competitive. I would definitely recommend Mr. Vivek.
