I dont shy away from smaller projects though. I do very much enjoy deck builds and exterior finishing like siding/ aluminum work. This for me means that If I take on a large project for you I will be doing majority of the work. I dont like going under the title of a “general contractor”. In my experience I find that this ushually means the work is being sub contracted out to several people and if the time comes were there is possibly a issue the customer gets more false promises then solutions. Licensed professionals are brought in when required. I focus on proper preparation, clear communication, and doing things the right way — not shortcuts.
