“I cannot say enough about how amazing Val was. What we had both thought was a straight forward job turned out to be anything but that.. I have experienced contractors who quote you one price and then tell you a horror story once they start to drive the price up, but this was far from the case with Val. On the surface it was an Above The Range Microwave swap, but the problem was the shoddy job that was done when the previous Microwave was installed twenty years ago. He took the time to show me exactly what the issue was, and to make sure I understood it property. The bottom line was, in its current state, it was impossible to instal the new microwave...but he not only found a solution he figured out to do it the proper way this time around. Yes...I did have to pay a bit more, but it was very reasonable and the guy ended up being there for 3 hours for a microwave install! Val was very personable and hard working. I almost wish I knew him as a friend. All around great guy.”
