We recently hired Arctic Vinyl to replace all the windows and entrance doors in our home, including a sliding patio door and the installation of a brand-new bay window. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to ensure everything was installed perfectly. The new bay window has completely transformed our master bedroom, and all the other windows and doors are high quality and beautifully fitted. Very happy with Sergio and his crew. I hired them to fix a chimney that was leaking, resulting in water in our basement. Sergio gave me an in depth explanation of what the issue was and provided me with a solution at an affordable price. His crew was fast, friendly and efficient. Shawn and team did an excellent job. Shawn provided a quote via google earth and came in person to show the choice of shingles. Within a few days they were here and the roof was done. Did a good job cleaning up and used a magnet roller to ensure no nails were left behind. No garbage left on site, very impressed.

The communications were set up via text and responses to our questions were promptly answered. The project was completed for a price that was very close to the original quote with very few change orders. I can't say enough about George. He shared that they usually handle larger jobs (renos) but that he appreciated my situation and provided me a quote. We had an issue with a kitchen faucet becoming unstable due to a faulty installation by someone. Water damaged under the counter space under the faucet plate. Admittedly, I procrastinated to have it looked at, but I thought it would be fine. I had a couple of people quote me, but George is the only one who THOROUGHLY examined the issue and provided his honest and unfiltered, LOL, opinion and professional discernment. I opted for quick fix which he said he could do that would still solve the issue. The day of the job, it took longer than expected because of the type of faucet I had in place. I would suggest if you are going to buy a new faucet, as a professional which one to buy! He spend considerable time making sure it was done perfectly. I appreciated his conversation and work. We needed a new water heater and Justin walked us through every step of the process. He told us about the different options - tank vs tankless and helped us to make an informed decision. Steve provided a competitive price and completed the job promptly. After install we, we experienced leaks whenever it rained. Phenomenal service! Fridge stopped working on a Thursday night and Appliance Aid had it fixed by Friday before noon - it was kinda miraculous. He skipped over the useless initial visit and used the error code on the fridge to get the part needed. He clearly cares about his work and has a good attention to detail.
